Renovation of lobby and amenity rooms.  Client wanted to transform a dark, wood clad lobby and amenity space into a modern luxury amenity for tenants.  By removing one wall we were able to expand the open lobby, amenity concept and transform the materials using light tiles and wood accents to create a whole new feel to this building.  

Renovation cost $2.1M.
