Lisa has led award-winning design projects within large public REITs and privately held Real Estate Development companies. As a veteran in the field of Multifamily design and development, she strives to be agile, keeping a pulse of the current and emerging trends with an emphasis on creating aspirational lifestyles for the tenants and communities she serves.  

Prior to founding DeLove Consulting, she held the position of Vice President of Interior Design at Roseland Residential Trust, where she established a highly acclaimed reputation for delivering exceptional lobby, amenity, and unit designs.

She holds a BA in Fine Arts from Harrington College of Design in Chicago, IL. She credits her creativity and design insight to relentlessly carving out time for meditation, project research, and community engagement.

I am a licensed Interior Designer

with 20 years of experience working in multi-family design management with 15 of those years being directly for Ownership of the asset.  I have managed well over 40+ new construction and large-scale renovation projects from conception to completion.  I fully understand ownership, operational and maintenance needs and work closely with all to ensure delivery of a successful project above and beyond the design.  I have expertise in high rise, mid-rise and boutique properties in urban and suburban areas.  

 

Many of my clients

have large-scale new construction projects but no in-house staff to oversee the interior design process from selecting designers to managing and delivering with ownership’s best interests in mind.  I can take that work off their plate and handle all of the day-to-day work associated with these types of projects that typically last 1-3 years.  

Other clients have existing assets that need to be reviewed for renovation work.  Units may be outdated and client needs direct suggestions on where to spend money so they can maintain or increase rents or they are in need of a full unit renovation which I can provide specific package information that keeps them competitive in the market.

Many new developers have the interest to invest in building real estate but need support in pulling teams together.  That’s my specialty! Sourcing and pulling together the experts in their field to help with process and completion.
